Getting Ready: A Beautiful Morning at Disney’s Grand Floridian 🌸👰

Olivia’s wedding day began in one of the gorgeous suites at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort, where soft morning light poured in through the elegant windows, creating the perfect setting for hair, makeup, and pre-wedding excitement.

Surrounded by her closest friends and family, Olivia slipped into her gown with Cinderella Castle just across the lagoon, a true fairytale moment. The timeless beauty of the Grand Floridian offered a serene, luxurious start to the day, full of laughter, happy tears, and magical anticipation.

Every detail was beautifully captured, from the sparkle in her eyes to the lace on her dress—making this morning unforgettable.

The Ceremony: Saying “I Do” at the Disney Wedding Pavilion

With a sunlit view of Cinderella Castle in the distance, Olivia and Jake said their vows in the elegant Disney Wedding Pavilion—a dream setting for a fairytale ceremony. The day began with an intimate first look, followed by a Porsche convertible exit that added extra flair.

And yes, Mickey and Minnie made a surprise appearance, making their ceremony even more magical. (Jake was team Mickey all the way; Olivia needed some persuading!)

The Reception: Brunch at the Contemporary & Sweet Moments at EPCOT 🎉

As self-declared Disney foodies (they love Disney Food Blog!), food was at the heart of Olivia and Jake’s wedding planning. Olivia creatively worked with the California Grill’s menu and later went all-out with a dreamy dessert party in EPCOT, complete with fireworks and indulgent treats.

Their brunch reception at Disney’s Contemporary Resort was light, modern, and joyful, just like them. Redbulls were secretly stashed in the car by Jake (post-hike tradition!), and heartfelt speeches kept everyone smiling.
