One month before your wedding, we’ll meet to review a detailed questionnaire, finalize your timeline, and ensure every detail is perfect.
Advance Preparation:
Have items of concern? You can ship them to us for safekeeping until the big day.

Pre-Ceremony Services
Facilitate the delivery of welcome bags for guests upon arrival.
Arrive early to the getting-ready location with snacks, bridal party banners, and other essentials.
Tidy up the room for flawless photos.
Transport shoes and outfits to designated locations for any necessary changes.

Wedding Day: Ceremony & Reception
Distribute bouquets and pin flowers on attendants and family members.
Deliver the marriage license to the officiant and ensure the rings and vows are with the designated person.
Set up and break down simple reception details (restrictions apply).
Distribute tips to vendors, ensuring everyone is taken care of.
Special Touches Throughout the Day
Fluff your dress and veil when needed, making sure you look picture-perfect.
