Yes. We offer day-of coordination as part of our full-service offering. A well-crafted timeline is what allows your day to feel calm and fully experienced. Having your coordinator and photographer working together means nothing falls through the cracks — and every detail is captured exactly as it was planned.
What is the Bella Grey client experience like?
Do you offer day-of coordination alongside photography?
We recommend reaching out 12 to 18 months before your wedding date, especially for peak season weekends and popular venues. Disney weddings and destination celebrations often book even further in advance. That said, we do occasionally have select dates available on shorter timelines — we're always happy to check availability for you.
How far in advance should we book our wedding photographer?
We're based in Orlando, Florida and serve couples across Central Florida, including Disney weddings, destination celebrations, and venues throughout the greater Orlando area. We also travel nationally and internationally for couples whose love story takes them somewhere extraordinary. Distance is never a reason to not work together.
