From Dating App to Disney Aisle

Oliviah and Jacob’s journey began with a swipe, but fate had a little extra pixie dust in store. A mutual friend helped spark the connection that blossomed into four and a half years of adventure, laughter, and love. By their wedding day, they had become each other’s best friend and biggest cheerleader.

Oliviah often jokes that she “turned Jacob into a Disney adult,” and with a wedding set at the most magical place on earth, it’s safe to say the transformation was complete.

The morning of their wedding was blanketed in a soft, romantic fog that made everything feel even more enchanted. From the moment Oliviah began getting ready, emotion filled the air—tears of joy, butterflies of excitement, and the overwhelming anticipation of marrying her best friend.

One moment that stood out? In classic Oliviah fashion, she took a playful bite of her wedding cake before it was officially served—because, as she said, “I was hungry!” The spontaneous joy she radiated was infectious and made the day feel delightfully real.

Later, Jacob pulled me aside with emotion in his eyes and said, “I was worried about everything except your team. I just knew you were ideal.” As a wedding photographer, moments like these mean the world to us.
