Some couples feel like family the moment you meet them. Liv and Tron were that from day one.
Their Sydonie Mansion wedding in Orlando was warm, personal, and a little bit unexpected. It had broom jumping and a violinist. It had a champagne tower and college football jerseys. It had two dogs, cold sparklers, and a rooftop balcony. And underneath all of it, a real love story that started on a college campus and never slowed down.
We had the honor of documenting every piece of it. Here is how their day came together.

Liv and Tron met in college. He played football there. She was there too, and somewhere between game days and campus life, the two of them found each other.
So when it came time to plan their wedding, they wanted their story woven in. Not as a theme. As a feeling. The colors of their college. The energy of a big game. The people who were there when it all began.
That is what makes a wedding feel like the couple. Real details. Real history. Real emotion.

The morning began early and easy. Hair and makeup started at 7 am with Kiss & Makeup Orlando, who kept the whole bridal party glowing and on schedule.
Once everyone was ready, the party moved to Sydonie Mansion. Liv wanted the getting-ready photos here, in the bridal suite, where the light is soft and the space feels calm.
The bridesmaids slipped into matching robes. Champagne popped. There were quiet moments too, the kind you would miss if you blinked. We caught those on purpose.

Here is a detail we loved. Only one person had seen Liv’s dress. Her mom, Stacey.
No one knew the style. No one knew the shape. So when Stacey helped Liv into her gown, the moment carried real weight. A mother and daughter, alone with a secret they had kept together. That is the kind of moment that makes a getting-ready gallery unforgettable.

Liv chose to share two first looks before she ever reached the aisle.
First with her dad. A quiet tap on the shoulder, then his face. Then with her maids of honor, Emma and Jada, and the rest of her bridesmaids. Since no one but her mom had seen the dress, these reveals hit hard. Happy tears all around.

While Liv got ready, Tron and his groomsmen brought the energy.
They arrived at the venue in their college jerseys, the colors of the school where Liv and Tron met and where Tron played ball. Think game-day entrance. Big smiles, big personalities, a little swagger. Then they changed into their tuxes.
One detail we made sure to capture up close. Tron’s tux jacket is custom. The lining holds their wedding date and his initials. Small, personal, and completely him.

At 4 pm, Liv and Tron married on the front lawn of Sydonie Mansion, facing the water, framed by the trees. A violinist played. A close family friend, Scott, officiated.
Then came a tradition that means so much. Liv and Tron jumped the broom together, honoring family and heritage as they stepped into married life.
They sealed the ceremony with a kiss and a dip in the aisle. Confident. Playful. So them.

After the ceremony, guests moved into the garden for cocktail hour. The violinist played on. A cigar bar rolled out. The whole space felt relaxed and social, exactly what Liv and Tron wanted.
Meanwhile, we stole the couple away for portraits. This is the part we protect fiercely in every timeline. A little quiet. A little breathing room. Just the two of them, before the party begins.
We also made time for a photo the couple asked for by name. Their girls, Layla and Fifi. Because the dogs are family too.

At 5:30 pm, the celebration moved to the front of the mansion, and Liv and Tron turned it up.
The wedding party entered like a bottle-service club arrival. Club signs. Lights. Two oversized cutouts of the couple’s dogs leading the way. Then Liv and Tron made their entrance.
Their first dance glowed with cold sparklers and cold smoke. A champagne tower rose in the middle of the reception. Guests grabbed white heart sunglasses and foam glow sticks and took over the dance floor.
After the first dance, Liv slipped away for an outfit change into her reception dress from Bronx and Banco. We caught a few intimate frames of that moment inside, then took her and Tron out for sunset portraits.
Later, they headed up to the rooftop balcony that overlooks the dance floor for a t-shirt toss to the crowd below. It was loud, it was fun, and it was pure Liv and Tron.

The night held the moments that matter most, too. Three short and heartfelt speeches, from Jada, Unique, and Stacey. A cake cutting. A mother-son dance and a father-daughter dance that left more than a few people teary.
To close the night, guests lined up for a bubble exit. And as they did, Liv and Tron stole one last private dance, just the two of them, before walking out into the rest of their lives.

A day this seamless takes a team that truly cares. We were proud to work alongside these talented Orlando vendors:

Sydonie Mansion gives couples so much to work with. A front lawn for ceremonies by the water. Gardens for cocktail hour. A bridal suite with beautiful light. Even a rooftop balcony for a moment you will never forget.
It is one of the reasons we love shooting here, and why we included it in our guide to Central Florida’s top wedding venues. If you are still building your team, our Orlando wedding vendors list is a good place to start.
We photograph weddings the way we would want our own remembered. True to color. Full of real emotion. Refined, warm, and built around you.
