An Experience Designed Around You
To keep your celebration flowing, all coverage hours are scheduled consecutively. Split coverage may be accommodated when possible and could include an additional fee.
Collections are refined as our studio grows. Your wedding date is officially reserved once we have a signed agreement and your retainer. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your celebration, following your Timeline Planning Call. Full terms are outlined in your agreement.
Travel within 40 miles each way of Winter Garden, Florida is included. For Florida events over 80 miles round-trip, travel is billed at $0.75 per additional mile, up to 200 miles. Custom travel proposals are provided for destination and out-of-state celebrations. For locations that require extended travel, overnight accommodations may be added so your team arrives rested and prepared.
Every collection is thoughtfully customizable to reflect your vision, priorities, and celebration style.

Lighting is one of the most powerful tools in storytelling. We are well-versed in every lighting scenario — natural light, low light, harsh sun, candlelit receptions — and carry professional lighting equipment to ensure your images remain crisp, refined, and true to color. The result is editorial imagery that feels timeless, never over-processed.
Your images are delivered via a private online gallery where you can download high-resolution files, share with family and friends, and order professional prints.
Films are delivered digitally for download and streaming. Select collections include a keepsake USB, and additional archival options are available upon request.

HOW DO WE RECEIVE OUR IMAGES & FILM?
Disney currently restricts independent professional photography on the following:
• Theme parks (Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios)
• Disney Springs
• Disney-owned resort hotels
These spaces require official Disney authorization or a Fairy Tale Weddings photography contract, so we do not schedule private portrait sessions within these areas unless it is part of a permitted Disney event.
But you absolutely can still have beautiful Orlando sessions.

HOW MANY IMAGES WILL WE RECEIVE?
Every wedding is unique, but on average, couples receive approximately 100–150 thoughtfully edited images per hour of coverage. We prioritize quality and storytelling over volume, delivering a curated collection that reflects your day beautifully.

Full galleries are typically delivered within 6–10 weeks. Sneak peeks are shared shortly after your celebration so you have beautiful moments to relive and share while your full collection is being finalized.
